As you prepare for your PCS, keep essential documents and valuables with you during your travels and do not pack them in your household goods shipment.

Delays, storage, or shipment issues can make it difficult to quickly access packed items when you need them most.

Did you know your household goods delivery can be coordinated around your housing availability? If your new home isn’t ready yet, your shipment may be placed into temporary storage until you’re able to receive it.

Planning ahead and staying in contact with your Transportation Office can help prevent delays, missed deliveries, or unnecessary stress during your PCS.
