I spend a lot of time thinking about culture -- org culture, American culture, my own "life culture" and others. They intersect and influence each other and I am endlessly curious about how this shapes people's behavior. And how it impacts people's sense of connection and fulfillment. The energetic aspects of our needs and presence make all the difference in how we experience ourselves and how others experience us. I'm learning this has a lot to do with whether I am telling myself the truth about things & really being with the consequences of that truth. Sometimes there are no words - I just feel the reverberations of the "gong of truth". When I navigate by the truth, the path forward is clearer (which, BTW, does NOT mean comfortable).
