🌲🍂As the season changes, Summer in the Parks continues with a brand-new theme: A Beautiful Ending, A Healthy Beginning! Join Seattle Parks and Recreation Naturalists for FREE, hands-on outdoor nature activities the whole family can enjoy! 🍂🌲

📍Find us this week at:
• Tuesday | 12:30–3:30 PM – Little Brook Park
• Thursday | 11:30 AM–2:30 PM – Roxhill Park

⭐This week’s activities include: ⭐
• A vibrant youth ecology curriculum designed for local green spaces.
• A beautiful transition into autumn with simple crafts.

🌷 Admission is FREE, and free summer meals are available for children and teens (ages 0–18) at participating parks. See the flyer for meal details and park locations.🌷

👕Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes. All programs take place outdoors, and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. 👕

Join Seattle Parks and Recreation Naturalists for free, hands-on outdoor nature activities all summer long.

📍Find us this week at:
• Tuesday | 12:30–3:30 PM – Little Brook Park
• Thursday | 11:30 AM–2:30 PM – Roxhill Park
• Friday | 12:30-3:30 PM – Pratt Park

💚 This week’s activities include:
🐟 Discovering the animals in the intertidal zone.
🔍Exploring evaporation and the properties of water through watercolor with salt.

🌿Enjoy even more hands-on outdoor activities led by Seattle Parks Naturalists!

✨Admission is FREE, and free summer meals are available for children and teens (ages 0–18) at participating parks (see the flyer for meal details and park locations).

Kids age 6-12 will enjoy being outdoors and making friends while learning about forests, meadows, wetlands, and beaches. Carkeek's Earthkeepers camp features new themes each week; Discovery's Nature Adventure Trek has a set curriculum for each camp. Choose a week (or 2) between now and the end of August!
