The Library is open to the public (18+), with space for on-site reading and researching. It is organized by the Library of Congress system, and trained librarians will be on duty to assist you. Members of the Library can check out materials for up to four weeks. Membership is free to members of the CSPC. Donating to the Library
Our Library is sustained almost entirely by volunteer effort and generous donations. We accept cash contributions as well as in-kind item donations. Here is our wish list of items needed for the Library. Item donations to the library may be tax deductible. Donated books and other items intended for the collection are professionally cataloged by the congressional system and are preserved in an orderly and safe environment.
