Just compared my lab test results from my semi-annual check-ups 🩺✨
📌 January 2025:
Biological age — 12.8 yrs (17 yrs younger than my real age) Just arrived here in the USA from the Philippines.
Out of range — 3 only
📌 Recent check-up:
Biological age — 16 yrs (13.7 yrs younger than my real age) Living in the USA.
Out of range — 7 😬
Looking at these results, I realize I need to pause and evaluate myself. Something in my lifestyle or habits may have recently affected my health in a negative way. This reminds me why regular check-ups are so important, they help us see changes early, reflect on what we’re doing right or wrong, and make adjustments before things get worse.
Lesson learned: Don’t wait until you feel something is wrong. Staying consistent with health check-ups is key to protecting your well-being.
