Alex Edmundson, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, attended a ribbon cutting ceremony for treatment provider, Guadenzia. The new out-patient facility is in Delta, PA to help those with addiction. Alex attended the event along with Jen Smith, the legislative director and Secretary of the Department of drug and alcohol programs.
