Long Island 10-13 Club. We are in the process of regrouping the Board and improving. I Richard Bohn as President had and still have been going through medical issues possibly related to 9-11. I have had several surgeries and dealing with the issue. I had hoped the remaining Board members would have been able to still proceed with tje meetings and do business as usual but with their busy schedules it didn't pan out. Our VP Billy Davis had to step down for personal reasons and we had placed Anthony Flammia as interim VP. That unfortunately was a big mistake on our part. He ended up burning several bridges with numerous other Fraternal organizations and it reflected heavily with our membership in several ways. Many groups would no longer attend or want to be part of our group as long as he was attending our meetings. This caused a ripple effect. It was either lose members and business's or remove Anthony. We didn't have to remove him because he voluntarily left on his own. We are now rebuilding our relationships with the various groups as well as bringing on new and experienced leaders as Board members. We are looking forward to coming back stronger and better than ever. Hopefully starting with a meeting in February, hope to see you all again and new faces as well. Stay safe.
