Shoreline Schools Natural Leaders, supported through our partnership with the Washington Alliance for Better Schools (WABS), is a program that recognizes families’ strengths and helps them to identify and grow the skills to overcome systemic barriers. erienced Natural Leaders for the purpose of engaging with the community. On all pages, it is expected that participants treat each other with respect. We welcome your comments as a means of sharing your own experiences, suggesting improvements, asking questions, or adding to the conversation. In partnership with the Washington Alliance for Better Schools, Shoreline Schools Natural Leaders gives families the tools they need to break down systemic barriers so all families are empowered to engage. At Shoreline Schools our Natural Leaders serve as multi-cultural bridges between students, families, communities, and schools. Families that participate in Natural Leaders groups within their schools take on leadership roles to build stronger relationships with families, children, and staff, and take action to help families be successful in the school system.
