These tools are not intended to replace the channels currently in place for press and constituent communication. dney City Schools’ use of social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, is intended as a means to provide announcements and updates on current events and/or notices to any users who elect to follow our social media pages, as well as the promotion of activities and accomplishments within our schools. The accounts are maintained and monitored by the Sidney City Schools Communications Department. Our Facebook and Twitter announcements are posted on a purely informational basis and are not used for time-sensitive or critical announcements. Sidney City Schools reserves the right to hide or delete comments on social media accounts based on their nature. Comments with obscenities will automatically be hidden. Additionally, harassment, bullying, and/ or intimidation is NOT tolerated and those who engage in that sort of activity may be banned from accessing our page/account.
