The Siloam Springs School District is pleased to announce that it will participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) during the 2026–2027 school year. Through this program, ALL students at participating schools will receive lunch at no cost, regardless of eligibility.

This opportunity is made possible through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Community Eligibility Provision, a federal program that allows qualifying schools to offer free meals to all students.

All adults, including visitors, teachers, support staff, and administrators, will be responsible for the full cost of meals. Adult breakfast cost will be $3.00, and adult lunch, $5.00.

What: Annual Backpack Distribution & Panther Health Fair
When: Saturday, August 1st from 10:00 A.M. to NOON
Where: Middle School South (Back-West Entrance)
Address: 600 S. Dogwood St., Siloam Springs, AR 72761
Who is Eligible: Students enrolled in the Siloam Springs School District who need assistance.
Students and families can still join in the fun, you don't have to be picking up a backpack to attend!
🚨 IMPORTANT: PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
To ensure your student receives a backpack filled with age-appropriate supplies, you must register them in advance.

🚒 Touch-a-Truck: Kids can get up close and sit inside real community vehicles like local fire trucks and police cars.
🎉 Activities: Fun games and interactive setups with Upward Fitness, Panther Athletics and more!

Yesterday marked the conclusion of three outstanding days of professional learning, bringing together educators from across the region with a shared purpose: improving outcomes for students.

Over the past three days, teachers, administrators, and support staff from multiple districts have collaborated, shared ideas, learned, and strengthened practices that will directly impact classrooms this school year. The opportunity to learn alongside colleagues from neighboring schools and districts reminds us that while we may serve different communities, we are united by the same mission—helping students thrive.

We are grateful to everyone who traveled to our district to participate and contribute to meaningful conversations about teaching and learning. The exchange of ideas, experiences, and perspectives made these three days richer and more impactful for all involved.

Together, we are building stronger schools, stronger educators, and brighter futures for students.

Day 2 of training with Marty Huitt is in the books!

Educators continued their learning and collaboration as they explored practical strategies for supporting students, strengthening relationships, and creating positive learning environments where every child can succeed.

One of the most valuable aspects of this experience has been the opportunity for educators from multiple districts to learn alongside one another, share ideas, and engage in meaningful conversations focused on student success.

Together, we are building stronger schools and creating even greater opportunities for students across our region.
