Vote is in just a few days on Tuesday! I am humbled by how many are in support, and to those who feel that way please spread the word to everyone you know and encourage them to vote!
I am working Tuesday and so will only be able to be at the polls first thing and then end of day, and of course at the selectboard meeting that evening.
I have plenty of these cards and so if you want any to hand out to friends or neighbors let me know and I am happy to meet up with you today or tomorrow.

It has been a busy few weeks! I am so happy that we can watch the town meetings online if we can’t make it in person. Had to take advantage of this last night.
Honored to hear that people are talking about the election and asking questions.

Election is coming up soon! February 11th!
There are FOUR candidates for the Skowhegan selectboard open position. Please let us know what questions you have to help you decide who to vote for.

Local politics are very important for a direct impact on communities and how taxes are managed and used to keep communities viable, friendly, and attractive to future residents.

This post is to show why I’m a good candidate for Skowhegan. Please share locally!

-Lived, worked, and owned businesses in Skowhegan since 2011 with plans to continue

-Currently a member of the board of directors for a large non-profit organization managing a large budget annually. Includes project oversight, approval of new projects, and building/repair project review.

-Strategic planning experience and education for towns and nonprofits

-Graduated in May with a law degree, and taking the Bar exam

I am thorough in my current roles with budget review and critical analysis of requests. I am not afraid to speak up and ask tough questions to make sure the right decision is being made. I want to make sure Skowhegan is using taxpayers’ funds wisely and in ways to continue to improve the town.

Additionally, with my legal experience I will be able to provide a critical eye to contract negotiations and approval.
