On April 29, 2007, six undocumented immigrants from El Salvador were living in a trailer in Slidell, LA when they were robbed at gunpoint. The robbery went awry and Jose Carlos Matinez-Carpio was shot and killed. Two men were arrested for the killing and one of the men, Edric ...

Belinda Parker Brown and Dr. Zena Crenshaw-Logal of Brown Vindicators were the new cards played on July 20, 2022 in Reverend Errol Victor, Sr.’s preceding, years-long attempt to turn the tables on his prosecutors and put the Louisiana Criminal “Justice” System on trial.

All three justice warriors put Double Jeopardy issues before Louisiana’s 19th Judicial District Court in a way never presented before. As the related press release explained, “Trial of Louisiana Minister Tainted by State's Racist Past and Alleged Court Corruption”. America’s Double Jeopardy Clause is meant to protect criminal defendants from such abuse, so Parker-Brown, Crenshaw-Logal, and Victor contend.

The argument would have been circumvented/mooted at an August 11, 2022 hearing had Parker-Brown, Crenshaw-Logal, and Victor not recognized and adverted a procedural land mine waiting to blow relevant considerations of criminal judicial collusion out of the metaphorical water. Having survived that August 11th threat, the three (i.e., Parker-Brown, Crenshaw-Logal, and Victor) now prepare to establish on August 29, 2022 that related, objectively discernible court corruption is too deep for the State of Louisiana to vindicate its prosecution of Reverend Victor. For the apparent participating conspirators, the proverbial chickens have come home to roost.

Want to learn how to allege criminal judicial collusion such that it decisively taints related court proceedings absent a fair and impartial U.S. government response?

A Message from our CEO

We must not be silent anymore! The time has long passed to Stand United and Break the Silence by lawfully Demanding the Justice We Deserve in ways that Cannot Be Ignored. LUI is committed to helping empower every citizen of Louisiana to overcome whatever dysfunction and corruption plaguing our respective Parishes. The public sector corruption is prevalent and horrific and systemic in our communities. The local and regional political patronage not only robs Louisiana residents of their humanity; through it we are also extorted and bullied by people employed and compensated with our tax dollars!

LUI works with the leaders of several local and national social justice organizations who have the same solemnity and sense of morality that I and all LUI leaders have to speak truth to power. The word to our public officials and all our other agents of local, state, as well as national government that the time has come for a clean slate; it’s time to bring hope and healing to victims of corruption including unlawful discrimination!

We must fight for our civil, constitutional, and human rights to be preserved. Public awareness needs to be raised about the serious corporate and government waste, fraud, and abuse we’re enduring. For every injury there must be relief as U.S. law promises . . . and not in five years. NOW!

Please know that all Louisianans suffering at the hands of unscrupulous, powerful tyrants of private industry and government are my driving inspiration. I extend to you my courage to fight, and I need you to do the same for me. Together, we are a force to be reckoned with. LUI is, and if I have anything to do with it will always be a force for justice, so help me God!
