The Bordell Bridge paving is finally done and the road is open. The contractor has some minor shoulder work and cleanup they will be completing the next couple of days but the road will stay open

We apologize for the delay in reopening. Mother nature was not cooperating.

Galico Crossroads will be closed tomorrow, 5/28, from approximately 8AM-12PM for road work.

Attention: West Valley Road from Galico to the Boro line will be closed every day this week starting Monday 5/18 between 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM in order for the maintenance crew to replace cross pipes.

Attention: The Bordell Road Bridge will be closed starting Monday May 4th until Friday May 15th. During this time the bridge contractor will be finishing the road work on either side of the bridge and paving. Please plan accordingly as the section will be completely closed to traffic during this time.

Bordell Bridge Update:

LC Whitford set all bridge beams today, marking a major milestone in the project. The crew is scheduled to pour the concrete bridge deck next week.

If the current schedule holds, the bridge is expected to reopen to traffic sometime next month.

Thank you to all residents for your patience during this closure. It’s greatly appreciated as we work to complete the project.
