Some "modifications" were made to the 2" furnace flue in the garage dumbing it down to a 1.5" old plumbing vent and then adding roofing material to extend it so it will "work" better! haha! God, crazy how sometimes doing it wrong takes more work than to just do it right!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful moms out there. My mom passed a year ago and rather than sit and be sad what better to distract myself than work. Naturally my tyvec suit ripped and yes I was wet and muddy to the bone! Think she was sending me a message not to work on moms day! Hahah.

Did one yesterday and the previous inspection report was only 2 weeks old and stated the roof was "Most of the roof could not be reached without jeopardizing the safety of the inspector or the integrity of the roof material." They charged $135.00 more than I did! The roof was 3:12 pitch! Not going to call out the company, but I call them the fast food king of inspectors. Obviously no mention of this 3rd grade slop fest!
