Wisconsin Inter-Service Family Assistance Committee (ISFAC)

Wisconsin ISFAC consists of over 450 members and over 60 Federal, State and Non Profit organizations from around the Badger State.

An ISFAC is a voluntary military-community cooperative or partnership organized to allow service providers to engage in networking and connect Service and Family members, Veterans, Wounded Warriors with local military and community resources. The Fort McCoy Army Community Service (ACS) coordinates all quarterly meetings and promotes the ISFAC on behalf of all members. A couple ways we do this is b

y rotating the ISFAC meeting each quarter around the state, several of our participants are unable either physically or financially to travel across the state, however they may play an important role in supporting our Service members and their Families. This allows them and their organization to be heard and seen. At each meeting we have a speaker provide an overview for approximately 45-60 minutes about their organization or on a topic which is “HOT” or relevant to what’s going on within the military community. We then allow for a 30-40 minute network session (Break-Out). Everyone in attendance is encouraged to bring brochures or hand outs, for everyone we will have tables available to display your wares. Don’t forget your business cards. We then allow all organizations 3-5 minutes to update all members of “What’s Up” within their world, changes in policy, structure or anything of relevance. We encourage you to spread the word about all the great information you will find on this page.
