Occasions Spencer, IA The mission of the Spencer Area Activity Center is to provide social and educational opportunities th Consider joining the ACTION CLUB! Dues are $50 a year.

Members meet on Wednesday from 9-10AM Spencer Area Activity Center. Come join us for a program, coffee, rolls, laughter and fellowship! Action Club serves the needs of children and the community. Open to the public!

It is official!!! Rock and roll bingo is returning to Occasions on 11SEP26 at 6:00pm. Cocktail hour is at 5:00pm with the doors opening at 4;30pm. I look forward to seeing everyone come to Rock and Roll Bingo and lets all come and have fun.

Second official announcement of the day: On September 26, 2026 Occasions is also bringing back Bingo. We are having a bingo night to see if we have enough interest to make it a regular event at Occasions. Early bird starts at 6:00pm followed by the regular session at 7:00pm. Bar will be open for Bingo as well as serving food all night. Come check the night out and have a good time. I would love to see as many of you as we can fit in Occasions. In other words lets pack the place.

Also returning on September 26, 2026 to Occasions is Bingo. We are bringing Bingo back to Occasions once a month to start. Please make it a success so we are able to do it more nights a month. This fall is an exciting time to come to Occasions. There are new abd exciting things happening at Occasions this fall. Stay tuned for further developments.

It is coming back on September 11, 2026. That is the night of our first Mingo of the fall. Come out and have a great time with friends and family. More to come, but, keep the date open.

Don't know what to do first thing on a Friday morning. My idea is to come on down to Occasions for coffee and fellowship with friends. It is a good way to start your Friday and to end the week. I look forward to seeing everyone on Friday for coffee and fellowship with friends.

Don't forget July 11, 2026, Occasions is hosting a Senior Fair showcasing services and goods that seniors can use. Time of the fair is 10:00am to 4:00pm with admission costing $10.00 if you would like to eat lunch here or $5.00 if you would like to only attend the fair.
