Don’t let your project suffer under Parkinson’s Law. Set deadlines. When you allow too much time for any activity it will expand to take that much time.

SAFe will work for some companies, some of the time, but that doesn't mean it's going to be the savior of your organization. If you're unwilling to do Agile well, then you need to do something else. SAFe is that something else.
