If you've been wondering what the old Hardee's building on Hwy 31 might grow up and become one day...here's your answer. US Bank has submitted a site plan to turn the building into a new branch.

No major changes being proposed to the site other than removing the row of parking adjacent to Hwy 31. That is to facilitate the future widening of the road. All other changes are primarily cosmetic in nature.

No other items of note this Planning Commission cycle. Some bonds are scheduled to be released and some routine final platting for Legacy Pointe and June Lake.

🪦We are looking forward to our August Monthly Gathering! On August 4th, at 5:30pm, at the First Presbyterian Church of Spring Hill, Mike Hoover will be talking about the history of the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery on McLemore Avenue! Mr. Hoover leads the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery Association, which is dedicated to maintaining and preserving the cemetery. He also writes short biographies about the cemetery’s “residents” on Historic Spring Hill TN Cemetery’s page! (If you like learning about Spring Hill’s history, you definitely need to like/follow the cemetery’s page!)

If you have any family members or friends buried in the cemetery, please tell us about them when you come to the gathering! We would love to hear any stories you have.

If you would like to make a donation to the cemetery for upkeep, please reach out to the cemetery through their page. The association needs as much help as they can get to maintain/preserve the cemetery!

We look forward to seeing you at our August Monthly Gathering!
