Good Morning Everyone,

We have received quite a few calls today with residents reporting frozen pipes. As we all work through these cold temperatures, here are a few tips.

1. Open Faucets to allow pressure to release off the line.

2. keep cabinets facing exterior walls open to allow heat to enter the walls.

3. if you have a plug in heater, you can place it close to the effected line, to slowly thaw the effected area.

If you need any assistance, call Rick at 713-553-5407

Its good to keep in mind, many of the houses built in our subdivision are not built to sustain below frozen temperatures. Insulating pips is key to prevention.

02/14/2021

Good Afternoon,

As the Colder weather approaches, we want to send out a few reminders,

Even at a drip, lines can still freeze with an artic blast, weather conditions are looking very similar to those in 1989. Some Key advice for everyone to protect their homes and property.

1. Insulate all exterior pipes, This can be done with towels, foam, pool noodles, etc. Your best bet is to take an old towel* and wrap around any exposed piping, followed by a garbage bag to keep the moisture off.

2. Locate your water shutoff, on the side of your house, One sure way to guarantee no pipes will freeze is to turn off the water on the side of your house and then open the faucet on the furthest end of the house to drain the line, if you have an upstairs, open the farthest away as well to ensure no air gap.

3. Open the cabinets on any exterior facing wall, where plumbing is. under sinks. This will allow the heat to keep your pipes warm.

If you have any questions or are in need of assistance, Contact Rick Hughes at (713)-553-5407

PLEASE REMEMBER, EVEN DRIPPING FAUCETS CAN FREEZE. INSULATION IS BEST!!!

EVERY DROP COUNTS

02/12/2021

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Just a heads up , As temperatures are expected to drop over the next few days, please make sure to WRAP you pipes. We cannot stress enough please do not leave the water running to prevent freezing, as it waste's water and resources. For All Exterior pipes, wrap with a old towel or rag and place plastic bag over it and wrap with tape, open any cabinets facing exterior walls to allow heat in to prevent interior pipes. If you have any questions, call our office at 281-367-0969

If you have an Emergency Please contact

Good morning everyone!
Just a friendly reminder I know toilet paper is hard to find at the moment, but please only stick with standard waste as in toilet paper and normal house hold waste! Please no paper towels, baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, dental floss, etc. Items like that cause sewer main stoppages, pump stoppages and a large headache for us. Any updates please? Is our water safe to drink or do we need to boil?
Here we go with the rusty water again. Been flushing the water for 10 minutes and still dirty looking. This really sucks as we can't do laundry or run hot water. This sediment flush killed my water heater last year. Y'all should try to give us residents a heads up.
