***Urgent notice***

Tomorrow (1/19/22) we will have the main water line shut off on all of Lake Ridge Bend also putting a few houses out on S. Broken Bough, N. Broken Bough, Roaring Creek, Beaverhead Ct,and possibly a few on Rustling Pines. The reason for us shutting this section of water line down is to attach the new water line for Beaverhead Ct to the main that runs on Lake Ridge Bend. The listed streets will forsure experience no water but we are dealing with a 50 year old water system that could cause us to possibly make it a larger area with out water if valves do not corporate. We do not have a estimated time for the work being performed but expect all day. After the work is completed we will be issuing a Boil Water Notice for the entire District as we will have dropped the pressure below 20psi on a large area of the water supply system. We are mandated by Texas Commission On Enviromental Quality to issue this as this is for the publics safety. The notice will be effective until we receive passing samples from the lab allowing us to lift the boil water notice. We will send out a mass message on black board if you are not signed up for updates like this please contact Sandy Treon at the office! We are sorry for the inconvenience and I will try and keep y’all updated tomorrow on this. Also weather could delay.

If you have any questions feel free to contact us at (281)-367-0969 or on Facebook.

John Borowski.
Thank you

01/13/2022

We are aware that some customers in the district are have red/brown water. Try and run the outside hose bib for around 5-10min if it doesn’t clear up please call us or message on Facebook to let us know and we can flush some lines if need be. The water is not harmful it is just very unpleasant looking in these situations. The reason this happened today is as we slowly start replacing the 50/60year old waterline infrastructure we will have to isolate areas to abandon the old waterlines. As we do so this can cause iron deposits to break lose in the system cause red water. We try and flush as much as possible but it will still manage to spread. We are sorry for any inconvenience!

We will be out tomorrow isolating a section on Glen Loch between BrookTree and Rustling pines to abandon the old 4-inch waterline the houses that should be affected will have a foot hanger placed first thing in the morning. We are still working with old valves which could cause a larger area to have lower water pressure as we perform the abandonment. As always thank you for your patience. John Borowski

To The Residents of TL/TR

As Most of you know, the district has been having ongoing issues with Garbage and Recycling services. At our meeting in June, the board continued to look at alternative providers for these services. The Board of Directors wants to sincerely apologize for the lack of service and is working hard to find an alternative solution to meet the needs of our Community, with minimal disruption of service and change in cost to our residents. Our staff has been working diligently to solve the issues, and their efforts are greatly appreciated.

We will be holding a special meeting this Thursday In an effort to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you
