Remember the FEAR acronym....Forget Everything And Run... some times it is the best option. Find alternative activities, Go to meeting- Houston has many, many resources available. Call someone who loves you, Exercise (especially after eating the cookies!), Acknowledge how you feel but don't allow yourself to engage in self pity.
