Kamran B Khan served as former Deputy Manager & Head of Research & Development, Policy, Planning for PASDEC a subsidiary of Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation under Ministry of Industries Production & Special Initiatives (MOIP), Government of Pakistan untill 2011. He led the Research & Development department in developing industrial development disciplines and structural adjustment reform

s. He has been instrumental in coordination and implementation of executive order to set up 38 strategic projects and work with foreign governments multi-lateral development institutions and agencies programs. Passionately, works to contributing to a better life quality for citizens by integrating and developing, smart cities and regions by scaling up infrastructure, including, industry, technology, conservation, and clean energy. He held a diversified portfolio & professional experience in a public sector think tank and government in restructuring operational systems and processes, industry systems engineering, public policy, law & regulation, planning and human capital. Currently, his work as independent research emphasis on restructuring and re-engineering operations, systems, and procedures in public sector sovereign institutions.

And in 2023, these jurisdiction and practices instead are unconstitutional practices & violation of both Equal Protection Clause and 14th Amendment. The law and jurisdictions by Justice has evolved new procedures and rules by virtue of interpretation and values of diversity.
