I went to the website and used the email link provided to request more information about 5th wheel camping at Horseshoe Refuge. The response I got kept referring me back to the website and the booking link. Neither one have the information I needed. In addition, the booking link only shows shelters available for rent. There's no information on camping, what size trailer can be accommodated, the amp service, etc. Absolutely horrible customer service. As such, we picked a different state park in KY. It's unbelievable the lack of effort the individual responding to my emails was putting forth. It would have been better to not respond at all.
