Chief Judge Mark L. Levitt administered the judicial oath of office to Associate Judge George T. Pappas this morning.
“George will be an excellent addition to the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit. After nearly 28 years as a criminal prosecutor with the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office, he will bring considerable skill
and understanding to this new role. On behalf of the Judges of the 19th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois, I congratulate him,” said Chief Judge Levitt.

THE 19th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois HOSTS ITS 11TH ANNUAL VETERANS HISTORY PROJECT
On Friday, November 11, 2022, 10 Veterans participated in the Veterans History Project at the Lake County Courthouse. The Library of Congress Veterans History Project gathers the oral histories of veterans, which are given in response to questions asked by volunteer judges and attorneys and recorded by volunteer court reporters. The transcripts are archived at the Library of Congress, making accessible the personal accounts of American veterans for future generations to hear the stories directly from the members of the military. This year’s group included veterans of the United States Army, the United States Air Force, the United States Marine Corps, and the United States Navy who were involved in the military during both conflicts and times of peace dating back to the Korean War.

Judge Elizabeth Rochford, Lake County Curcuit Court Judge, granted guardianship for two of my cousins who live in Milwaukee Wisconsin. The great aunt lied on guardianship documents. When we provided proof that both children lived in Wisconsin and the mom received benefits from Wisconsin, Judge Rochford did NOTHING! She turned her head and allowed perjury to be committed in her court. There are over 100 pages of proof. How can Judge Elizabeth Rochford be effective on the Supreme Court when she can’t be fair in Circuit Court. Go see the file for yourself then cast your vote. Anybody can go to Judge Rochford’s court and don’t have to provide notice to parents or nearest relatives. Watch your children close because you can find out somebody else has guardianship that Judge Rochford granted but your children still lives in your house.
God’s judgement is on everyone involved in this case. The eyes of the Lord are everywhere beholding the evil and the good.
