Olivette Police Department

The Olivette Police Department continues to investigate recent reports of mail theft involving the exterior USPS collection box at the Olivette Post Office (9621 Olive Blvd). We are working closely with the United States Postal Inspection Service to identify those responsible.

As a precaution, residents are encouraged to exercise caution when using this collection box, particularly when mailing checks, financial documents, or other mail containing sensitive personal information. Residents should consider bringing these items inside the post office or using another secure mailing option.

Anyone with information that may assist with this investigation is encouraged to contact the Olivette Police Department at 314-645-3000.

We appreciate the community's cooperation as we continue working to address these incidents.

Our Community Needs Your Help!

The STL County Pet Adoption Center here in Olivette is in great need of donations for the Community Pet Food Pantry. The pantry provides free pet food to community members who are struggling to afford food for their pets.

If you have unopened cat or dog food you can donate, or would like to purchase something from their wish list, please consider helping out. Every donation makes a difference and helps keep pets with the families who love them. ❤️🐶🐱

Please share this post and help us spread the word throughout our community!

🐾 Please consider donating to our Community Pet Food Pantry!! 🐾

Officer Weckmann had a great time representing the Olivette Police Department at Chesterfield’s Trucks & Treats event this past weekend! It was a great opportunity to meet families, show off the police vehicle, and join other local agencies and organizations for some Halloween fun! 🚓🎃

Today, on the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, the Olivette Police Department honors the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the first responders who ran toward danger, and all those who served in the years that followed.

Their courage, sacrifice, and memory will never be forgotten.
