Greater St. Louis Federal Executive Board The St. Kennedy. In 1982, the Executive Office of the President transferred authority for the FEB function to the U.S.

Louis Federal Executive Board is one of the original ten Executive Boards established by a Presidential Memorandum of November 10, 1961, by President John F. Office of Personnel Management, which today maintains oversight of the FEB program. The FEB responsibilities are outlined in section 960 of title 5 of the United States Code. Today there are 28 Federal Executive Boards nationwide.
