Looking to see if there is any interest in LEASING a lot in Rosebud. Hwy 50 frontage, across from Ruthies. Total area available to lease would be 50 ft (Hwy frontage) x 90ft deep (fourth street frontage). 4,500 sq ft area total available.

Private message me if you are interested and we can discuss details. Can separate into smaller / manageable tracks, or lease the whole lot. Will entertain options.
