Soon, Wentzville residents will receive new solid waste carts to replace their existing trash, recycling and/or yard-waste carts as part of the updates happening this spring.

Deliveries will begin the week of March 16 and continue through April.
Your old carts will be collected on your regular pickup day, the week after your new carts arrive.

New cart delivery will include instructions on when to set out your current cart(s) for removal.

As a reminder, while Meridian currently provides collection services, they will assume full solid waste operations — including billing and customer service — beginning May 1. To learn more about the new solid waste carts, see a map outlining delivery and pickup, and other updates, please visit www.wentzvillemo.gov/SWUpdates.

Attention Wentzville Business Owners,

I’m reaching out to invite you to showcase your business while making a meaningful impact on local charities throughout St. Charles County.

We are currently seeking silent auction item donations for the 2026 St. Charles County Mayors’ Charity Ball, taking place on March 21, 2026. This is a wonderful opportunity to support our community while gaining visibility—your business name and information will be prominently displayed with your donated item during the event.

In addition to donating an auction item or basket, businesses also have the option to sponsor a table or purchase tickets to attend. Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the following local charities:

• The 10-78 Project
• Disabled Athlete Sports Association
• United Services for Children
• The Sparrow’s Nest
• Crossroads Clinic

If you would like to make a donation or need additional information, please visit SCCMCB or contact Katie Bowman at City Hall or Angie Conner. Donations can be dropped off at City Hall, or we would be happy to arrange a pickup at your business.

Thank you in advance for your generosity and support. Your contribution truly goes a long way in helping local charities and strengthening our community.

Warm regards,
Nick Guccione Wentzville Mayor
