🏆 Award-Winning Innovation in Stafford County!
The Stafford County Department of Economic Development & Tourism is proud to receive a 2026 Virginia Association of Counties (VACo) Achievement Award for the Stafford Legacy Business Recognition Program.
Launched in 2025, the program was designed to celebrate local businesses while strengthening long-term business retention and engagement efforts throughout Stafford County. In its first year, the program engaged more than 318 businesses and helped foster stronger connections between Stafford companies and economic development resources.
This recognition reflects Stafford County's commitment to supporting the businesses that drive our local economy and investing in relationships that help them succeed.
