Department Update - With the assistance of CARES Act money, our department was able to purchase a brand new AeroClave system. This device allows us to effectively disinfect our ambulances and stations. We purchased this device with the intent of keeping both our employees and patients as safe as possible during the Covid-19 pandemic, and we are pleased that we are able to add this specialized tool to our “tool box.”

The AeroClave system works by emitting a fine mist throughout the interior or our ambulance or station. This mist is made up of powerful disinfectant that works to help eliminate any bacteria or virus that may be present.

HAPPENING NOW- EMS personnel are on scene of a vehicle crash involving a single vehicle versus power pole in the area of Call Street and Redgrave Street. Expect delays if traveling through the area and use caution.
