Thai red coconut curry with black tiger shrimp (Aldi), snow peas, baby bok choy, and orange peppers (Giant). Extra ginger, garlic, bird's eye peppers (Far Corners).

Base was a combined shrimp & chicken stock made from shrimp shells & wing tips, respectively.
