Valley Crop Mob A community organization based in Harrisonburg, VA aimed at tightening the gap between local farmers and local consumers through an event called a crop mob

The Valley Crop Mob is a community organization dedicated to bridging the gap between local agriculture and the residential community. This profile is meant to help unify a community and help keep the local food movement growing in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Crop mobs are essentially people from all over the community who help farmers with big projects that are difficult to do al

one. It brings the people power for those projects and is a good way to get more involved with the community and gain useful skills. We are currently involved with one crop mob project per month, and may increase to two mobs per month as participation grows. If you are interested in joining the mob, email [email protected]
