Habits - are formed behavior!
A person can form a good habit over a period of 21 days or make it permanent over 90 days. The most important aspect of habit formation is the deep seated WANT ( deep desire). Good habits can reward you many ways to your life, as simple as health and happiness. Brushing teeth every morning is a good habit, whereas brushing before going to bed are difficult habit to form for many.
You can develop healthy lifestyle habit, of the most important one - developing your immune system . Have you created a good habit for your immune system to grow and protect during this time?
