I will prioritize careful bookkeeping, consistent review of accounts, and strong internal controls. Integrity means doing the job correctly the first time, following established procedures, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

When accuracy and integrity guide daily operations, the entire county benefits.

Teamwork With Elected Officials

County government works best when elected officials communicate openly and work toward shared goals. The Treasurer plays a key role in supporting responsible budgeting, financial planning, and longterm stability.

I will maintain strong working relationships with all elected officials by sharing information promptly, offering clear financial insight when needed, and supporting decisions that benefit the county as a whole. Cooperation helps ensure that county funds are used responsibly and that financial processes remain consistent and reliable.

Working With All County Offices

The Treasurer’s Office interacts with nearly every department in county government. Smooth operations depend on strong communication and cooperation.

I am committed to building positive working relationships with all county offices — the Clerk, Assessor, Sheriff, Court Clerk, Commissioners, and others. When departments share information promptly and accurately, it reduces delays, prevents errors, and ensures that county operations run efficiently.

Teamwork across departments strengthens the entire county. I will prioritize collaboration, respect, and professionalism in every interaction.

An opendoor policy is more than a phrase — it’s a commitment to being accessible and approachable. The Treasurer’s Office should be a place where residents feel comfortable asking questions, seeking help, or simply learning more about county processes.

If elected, I will maintain an office environment where every person is treated with respect and patience. Whether someone is paying taxes for the first time, navigating a difficult situation, or just needing clarification, they will be welcomed and supported.

Public service means being available, listening carefully, and responding honestly. My door will always be open to the people of Haskell County.
