We’re grateful to have hosted another NPRA Idaho Chapter Meeting this week at Table Rock Senior Living at Park Place! 🩷

One of the best parts of working in senior care is seeing so many people come together with the same goal: supporting seniors and families well. As we continue growing the Idaho chapter of NPRA, it’s been incredibly meaningful to connect with providers and community partners who truly care about making a difference for older adults throughout Idaho.

Thank you to John Robinson of Transitions Group and Tess Keim of Bridging Seniors for sharing such valuable insight on collaboration throughout senior care and senior transitions, and thank you to Table Rock at Park Place for hosting us!

This week holds a special place in our hearts because we get to celebrate the incredible nurses behind Gentle Hearts Living Solutions! 🩷

Gentle Hearts was built from firsthand healthcare experience and a belief that families deserve more than a transactional placement process. We understand how emotional and overwhelming these decisions can be because we’ve walked through them ourselves — both personally and professionally.

Our approach to care is different because our team was founded on real clinical experience. That background helps us better understand the emotional, medical, and practical challenges families are facing so we can support them with deeper compassion, advocacy, and insight.

Happy Birthday to someone who has been part of Gentle Hearts the from the beginning!

Kari was the third employee to ever join our team, and over the years she has helped shape so much of the heart behind this company and the way we care for others.

She’s adored by the seniors and families she supports, trusted deeply by our referral partners, and someone who has made a lasting impact on so many people through her heart and expertise. The relationships she builds and the way she shows up for others reflect so much of what Gentle Hearts was founded on.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything she brings to the people around her and to the community we serve, and for the care she continues to pour into others every single day.

As we head into a new week, we’re still thinking about all of the amazing discussions from Lihn Law Group, PLLC 2026 Elder Care & Legal Symposium.

Throughout the day, we had discussions surrounding diminished capacity, decision-making, advocacy—all things that can be incredibly difficult for families to recognize and navigate on their own.

We were honored to be the lunch sponsor and grateful to be part of a space that brought together professionals who are all working toward the same goal: better supporting seniors and their families.

Today we’re celebrating Administrative Professionals Day and recognizing someone who means so much to our team 🤍

Our Office Manager, Heather, is incredibly important to our team, and someone we rely on every single day as a steady, grounding presence. She brings a warmth that makes people feel comfortable right away. Whether she’s supporting our team, connecting with families, or giving seniors a place to tell their stories, everyday she shows up with a level of thoughtfulness and care we’re so fortunate to have.
