🤠 Celebrating Our History: The Arizona Rangers' Official Recognition!
Did you know that the Arizona Rangers hold a unique and official place in our state's history?

In 2002, a landmark moment occurred when then-Governor Jane Hull signed Arizona Revised Statute (ARS) 41-4201 into law. This historic action officially recognized the Arizona Rangers as the state's Law Enforcement Auxiliary!

This critical designation allows the Arizona Rangers to officially assist any local, county, state, or federal agency that requests our help.

📜 Since 2002, our impact has been enormous:

Serving Our Communities: We have signed agreements and worked side-by-side with countless local governments, stepping up to assist officers when departments are short-staffed or need extra support.

Saving Taxpayer Dollars: By providing this assistance to law enforcement agencies completely free of charge, the Arizona Rangers have saved Arizona taxpayers MILLIONS of dollars since our official recognition!

Responding to the Call: Whether it's managing traffic for major community events, providing crucial security support, or responding to disasters across the state, the Arizona Rangers are dedicated to being there when the call comes.

We are proud of our history and our vital role in supporting law enforcement and the citizens of Arizona. The Arizona Rangers will continue to respond, assist, and serve our great state!

Every December, the Arizona Rangers — Sun Lakes Company team up with local law enforcement officers to host Shop With A Cop, a special day when kids who might otherwise go without are given funds and spend 1:1 with a Ranger shopping to pick out Christmas gifts. For many of these children, this is the only present they’ll receive all season. This program is more than shopping—it’s about dignity, joy, hope, and letting a child know "you matter." Please contribute what you can! Thanks so much for your support!

This week, Sun Lakes Rangers, along with Rangers from Pinal Company participated in the Casa Grande Silent Witness Anti-Crime Night event, hosted at the Paul Mason Sports Complex. The event was organized by the Arizona Crime Prevention Association (ACPA) and brought the community together in support of safety, awareness, and crime prevention.
