Private rooms for rent available Jan 2024. Fully furnished 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence in Laveen, AZ. The spacious layout offers ample room for comfortable living and high ceilings. The Master Suite on the 2nd floor has a soaking tub and a separate stand-up shower with a large walk-in closet. 3 additional bedrooms on 2nd floor have walk-in closets.
1st floor has 1 bedroom with walk-in closet. Renters will enjoy the generously sized bedrooms which will ensure privacy and space. Laundry room with machines available for use. Large fully equipped kitchen with walk-in pantry. Large ½ acre yard.
Open to Veterans or the general population in need of a room to rent. The home ensures a supportive and comfortable environment for residents. No credit check, No SSN not a problem, No income limit, On SSI or SSDI, VA Benefits, must show ability to pay. All utilities plus included in the price. At Heroic Housing we provide shared rented housing where Veterans can have a home, be stable and start over. They can regain their dignity, go back to school, go back to work, get the mental help they need. There will be no credit check & no income requirement. There will be some restrictions and rules that have to be followed
