O'Brien County Iowa Pioneer Cemeteries Preservation and repair of pioneer cemeteries in O'Brien County This group was formed fall 2017.

This site is about O'Brien County, Iowa Pioneer Cemeteries. A group of volunteers started this project in 2017 to preserve and repair the 7 pioneer cemeteries in O'Brien county. Those to include Covey Cemetery, Doyle/Highland, Center, Steuck, Randolph, old Waterman and Dutch Fred.

Please stop by these cemeteries and take a look at how nice they are looking. This year we are concentrating on Doyle/Highland cemetery straightening, cleaning and repairing broken stones.

If anyone has a spare hour or two when we are out there working, you are more than welcome to stop out and give us a hand or just come to visit. Our work is very rewarding to see them standing tall again.
