The concept of "Third Talisman - Third Feather of the Simorgh"; "Path to Liberation - Resurrection" is structured within the Iranian Assembly Coalition of Iran in four steps under the name "Shah Âb"

Step One of "Shah Âb";
Up to the Overthrow of the Occupying Islamic Republic!!

In this step, the fundamental ideal is the overthrow of all forms of tyranny and the establishment of a new PâdShahy governance based on liberty, law, and self-reliance. This step necessitates a unified program designed to reach the zero hour, combined with national solidarity, a strong will, and decisive action to dismantle the unstable structures and oppressive spread of the Islamic Republic in accordance with the strategy of the patriots in this assembly. In this context, a new arena has been created for the will of the Iranian people and elites to pe*****te, and the prerequisites for the necessary movements to establish a provisional government, which will be pursued in the second step, have been accomplished.

In this step, the creation of political and civic institutions, such as the registration and activism of parties, "institutions" and assemblies "National Parliament and Senate," based on the Constitutional Law of Mashrooteh PadShahy of Iran is a necessary step.
These structures represent the will of the people and serve as tools for achieving citizen rights, privileges and benefits; where representatives of the people can freely and with respect to law and justice participate in the formulation of policies and the creation of governance strategies. In this framework, the foundations for the expansion of justice and accountability can be established, paving the way for a just governance.

Step Four of "Shah Âb";
Utilizing the White Revolution of the Shah and the People (Approved by the Referendum of 1963) and Achieving the"Fareh of Iran"!!
“Fire”

In this step, the internal potential of the 19 principles of the White Revolution of the late ShahanShah Aryamehr and the people must be harnessed to bring about fundamental changes in the social, economic, political, and cultural structures of the country. This revolution and Reconquista, with the goal of deep reconstruction and steps toward elevation and progress, paves the way for achieving a prosperous, free, and dignified nation.

Ultimately, the final aspiration is to reach the "Fareh Iran," a kind of sublime glory and celestial grandeur in which the people of Iran attain the pinnacle of historical prosperity within the realm of justice and wisdom, ensuring a pure and powerful legacy for future generations of Iran and the world.

The four steps of "Third Talisman - Third Feather of the Simorgh," namely "Shah Âb", are constructed to create an activist symbolic structure with the aim of fostering checks and balances among the various forces of constitutional law in Iran. This special framework emphasizes the integration of ancient values and the roots of modern justice, demonstrating a profound approach to governance while enriching the cultural, historical, diplomatic, and civic landscape of Iran.

The data collected over the past months, the marches of millions of Iranians, many of whom have inscribed the name of the Shah with their blood on the streets and walls in Iran, sacrificing themselves for the Shah and the people, culminated in gatherings of several hundred thousand in cities such as Toronto, Los Angeles, Munich, Berlin, London, Sydney, Melbourne, Washington D.C., and others. These events signify that a significant majority, reported to be over ninety percent of aware and wise Iranians, seek the return of ShahanShah Reza Pahlavi, whom are called the" Immortal Guards", both within the nation’s borders and beyond. This demand is not merely a fleeting fervor but represents a profound historical longing rooted in the name and symbol of our homeland and its cultural mosaic. The echoes of our youth's cries, resonating from the walls of history with requests such as "Return of the Pahlavi Dynasty!" and "Long Live the Shah!" are boldly proclaimed in Iranian universities with "The Shah is coming back to his country, the students are behind him!"

Our movement is prepared to emerge in this tumultuous time of regime change, coordinating social unity or community with a belief in the structure of the "Kingdom of Iran," as "there is only one path forward in the world, and that is the path of truth."

Under the directive of Reza Shah II and coordinated effectively and respectfully by Dr. Ahmad Mostafalou, an unparalleled physician and director of the Imperial Guardians of Iran and former military officer, we have meticulously structured our strategy within the framework of "Together for Iran" and the Immortal Guardians of Iran, and undoubtedly, we will liberate Iran from the oppression and shackles of the current regime.

Let it be noted that based on official testimonies from the United Nations and the U.S. Department of State, Iran, during the Pahlavi era, was one of the 50 countries that signed the United Nations Charter at the San Francisco Conference in 1945, according to Article 110, Clause 2, and under the auspices of the Shahanshah Aryamehr's government, the document of ratification was entrusted to the United States as the custodian. This charter became enforceable based on Clause 3 after the handing over of the document. Therefore, the PadShahy of Iran, with its Constitutional Law of Mashrooteh PadShahy of Iran, is one of the founding members of the United Nations.

Today, it is well-known that the laws of the Islamic Republic, which came to power through global deception, contradict the provisions of the ratified United Nations Charter, and thus, this regime, having come to power through a fraudulent referendum, occupies its seat at the United Nations illegally and, therefore, lacks both popular and global legitimacy, rendering it unlawful.

Our aspiration is to establish an officially provisional government within the framework of the Constitutional Law of Mashrooteh PadShahy of Iran, founded in 1906. Our associates and allies within the Kingdom of Iran are knowledgeable and recognized thinkers with a pristine background, untainted by the ideology of the Islamic Republic, and as such, they are accepted by the masses both inside and outside Iran.

This structural vision of the "Kingdom of Iran," now under the leadership of Dr. Shahab Elias, a noble physician and the Chief Counsel of the "Kingdom of Iran," emphasizes a return to self through the empowerment of the bond between the Shah and the people through cultural innovation, harmonizing with the themes of "Long Live the King!" and "Return of the Shah and the Pahlavi Dynasty!"

The lawful governance aimed at establishing a provisional government under the command of Reza Shah II, the rightful Commander in Chief of the armed forces, is, based on the Constitutional Law of Mashrooteh PadShahy of Iran, designed to prevent any internal chaos while simultaneously safeguarding Iran's borders in the international community. Our military forces, in coordination with Dr. Ahmad Mostafalou in the Joint Operational Commands, are organizing to ensure that, at the right time and during this transition, the foundation for a secure government is established.

The Fourth Geneva Convention (1949), especially its application in international law, serves as a vital legal framework for the defense of the legitimacy of the provisional government under the Reza Shah II, as this government continues the legacy of the previous legal government, clearly indicating that the occupying Islamic Republic regime, having emerged through global deception and the orchestrations of the Indian-ancestral Khomeini “agent”, came to power with the aid of political traitors like Dr. Karim Sanjabi and Yadollah Sahabi, military traitors like Hossein Fardoust and Abbas Gharabaghi, and terrorists supported by Yasser Arafat (Palestinians and the training of the leftist Mojahedin-e-Khalq (MEK) and Marxists), Muammar Gaddafi (Libya’s financial support and training of the Fadaiyan-e-Khalq), Syria, Lebanon, and other countries through terrorist training, paving the way from the very first day with the political assassination of politicians, military ranking officers of the Shah’s government, and the people of Iran. Simultaneously, the Iranian soil and American soil, namely the "U.S. Embassy in Iran" were occupied. This aggressor, a war criminal and human rights violator, cannot safeguard the rights of the people and the continuity of legitimate governance, as they have been the usurpers of Iran, with the Revolutionary Guards and their proxies serving as their instruments of slaughter.

It is crucial to understand that Reza Shah II (the legal heir at that time) pledged allegiance to the Constitutional Law of Mashrooteh PadShahy of Iran at the age of 21 on October 31, 1960, in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, and all the people of Iran are aware of this event.

Based on that same provision of law, during the interregnum, he can issue the command to establish a provisional government. However, it is necessary to ensure political stability and financial capability, supported by at least two or three countries, steadfast in the principles of jurisprudence to reclaim Iran from its occupiers.

Iran's occupiers over the past 47 years have been the agents of foreign countries, the very terrorists who currently hold Iran in their grasp, the same individuals who emerged from prisons upon the establishment of the Islamic Republic, backed by globalist and the Orassioun reflecting the opportunistic geopolitical currents, along with George Soros, Russia, China, and other hidden intelligence and security influences, inside and outside of ran and simultaneously structured around Reza Shah II. Indeed, these malevolent forces are fundamentally the very impediments to global tranquility, particularly those that undermine the constructive efforts of President Trump and the patriotic citizens of America.

Support for the safety of the provisional government is of utmost importance during the transition period.
