I currently serve as Ward 1 Alderperson, and pursuing a second term. I have lived in Sycamore for 17 years, and my wife (Shelly) and I are raising a family of three. We live in Townsend Woods and our children are in Sycamore Middle School, North Grove, and ABC Preschool. We love Sycamore, and we're delighted to call it our hometown. At the Council level, I believe there are two categories of work

to be done. (1) Preserving our charming and unique identity, and (2) Stimulating economic sustainability. This is the "what" needs to be done. In terms of "how" the work is done, I will carry this out by being neighborly and proactive. I plan to post about both what needs to be done, as well as how I will personally contribute.
