❌Just BEWARE & PROTECT your loved ones❌

It’s SAD how quickly people’s true colors can surface. Most people try to live with kindness, integrity, and respect for others, especially the elderly. While we all face conflicts and disagreements in life, cruelty and exploitation are a completely different level of sick!

Be better. Teach kindness. Lead by example.

❌ Allegations of Elder Financial Exploitation in Talkeetna ❌

An elderly couple in their 80s spent more than 20 years building a 400+ acre homestead and ministry vision in Talkeetna. According to court filings and ongoing litigation, that dream has turned into a painful legal battle involving disputed property control, alleged betrayal of trust, and claims of elder financial exploitation.

The property was reportedly intended to continue as a ministry after the couple’s passing, a place meant to serve others and benefit the community, as it did for many years. Instead, the land is now allegedly being operated for commercial logging activities while ownership disputes and related agreements remain under litigation.

Situations like this are a reminder of how vulnerable elderly individuals can become when trust, finances, and property are placed in the hands of others. Regardless of where people stand, these allegations are serious and deserve careful attention through the legal process.

According to allegations made in court documents and by those close to the situation:

✅ Water service to the elderly couple’s cabin was allegedly disconnected multiple times and has reportedly remained off for weeks, actually months now!
✅ A large berm allegedly blocked access to the property.
✅ Gardens, a greenhouse, and a root cellar built over decades were reportedly destroyed.
✅ An attempted eviction during extreme winter weather was denied by a judge.
✅ Logging activity and heavy equipment now operate on the property at all hours.
✅ Protection order issues and alleged stalking incidents have already entered the court system.
✅ Driveways have allegedly been blocked, affecting caretakers and access.
✅ Cameras reportedly monitor the elderly couple’s cabin continuously.
✅ Large trash and tire dumping areas now exist on portions of the property.

This case did not allegedly begin with force, it began with friendship, trust, and promises. Over time, power of attorney and property transfers reportedly changed control of the land. Now the entire situation is being fought in court.

Public records also show associations with individuals who have faced serious federal tax and foreclosure litigation, including Washington resident Glen Stoll.

No matter where someone stands legally, one thing should concern everyone:

How vulnerable are elderly people to manipulation, coercion, or financial exploitation once others gain influence over their property and affairs?

This post is intended to raise awareness about elder exploitation and encourage people to pay attention to what can happen when trust is abused. Court proceedings are ongoing, and all parties are entitled to due process.

If this involved your parents or grandparents, would you want the community paying attention?

Please continue to follow the facts, court filings, and future hearings as this case develops!

📌It’s Serious & it’s scary!

-Elder Exploitation

As we continue sharing information and raising awareness, we understand there are always two sides to every story — that’s part of life and it should be! People can review the information being posted and come to their own conclusions. Much of this situation traces back to a 20+ year homestead on 400+ acres and what can happen when trust, religion, betrayal, and alleged corruption collide.

Ultimately, the court will decide what is right. However, the judge has already stated that the California couple involved acted in “bad faith” and had “unclean hands” in the process that led to the land now being in litigation.

There are photos and court records that speak for themselves. If a building has been demolished, it’s demolished. The “Trapper Cabin,” which was part of the life estate intended for the elderly couple’s only two daughters, was destroyed. According to those involved, there was no warning given to remove belongings, no opportunity to relocate the structure, and no discussion beforehand. The only one thing left their dad built from scratch and it’s in rubble! He’s bedridden at this time, there will never be another one!

The individual accused of destroying the cabin is a caretaker hired by the California couple and does not own the property. These are facts people can look into themselves if they know the names connected to the case. We will not be publicly naming individuals at this time.

People are free to believe what they want, but truth matters, and so do the actions that have taken place throughout this ongoing dispute.

Please remember, this is not about gossip — it’s about bringing awareness to what is happening right in the community’s backyard. Photos and documentation help tell the story, and many who have followed this situation from the beginning understand the seriousness of it.

To those who have reached out with support, kindness, and encouragement, thank you. Your support is truly appreciated more than you know.

Indeed!!! True…

Indeed!!! True…

Spiritual abuse rarely starts with something obvious.

It often sounds spiritual.
Looks godly.
Feels “normal” in church culture.

Until you realize your voice disappeared, your boundaries were ignored, and fear became the thing keeping you loyal.

Healthy spiritual leadership creates safety, humility, and freedom.

Abusive spiritual leadership creates fear, dependence, and silence.

A church can say the name of Jesus constantly and still deeply harm people.

If these red flags feel familiar, you are not alone.
