Election day is upon us. It is imperative that you go out and vote today if you haven't already. We are electing a new mayor, a new city commissioner, possibly two, and hopefully a new school board member. If you have voted for me or are going to vote for me, I sincerely thank you for your trust in me. If you are unsure, I would tell you to reach out, look for someone you know on my FB page and ask them. This is not about money, influence, or how many politicians can endorse me. I dont run in those circles. This is about the students, teachers, support staff, and parents.
I have been a part of this community since 1982 and a product of LCS. I am active in the community, yet don't do photo ops or brag about it because that is not why I do it. When elected my decisions will break down to a few things. Is it moral, ethical, and legal? Does this benefit of students? Does this benefit our staff?
