Fall Central West District meeting! We also participated in The National Day of Service with a packing party and a wonderful speaker.

Eleven juniors attended the Central East Fall District meeting, the first of six Fall District Meetings. All Junior Clubs were in attendance. Augusta Jrs, GFWC Athens-Oconee Junior Woman's Club, Monroe Junior Woman's Club and Violets Jr Woman’s Club were represented!

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

During Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, we celebrate stories of hope that remind us why the fight against childhood cancer matters. One such story is Emma’s. After being diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a type of brain tumor, Emma received treatment and support at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Today, she looks toward the future with hope and purpose, inspired to become a child life specialist and help other children facing medical challenges. Her journey is a powerful example of how St. Jude helps children not only survive, but thrive. [stjude.org]
