Dear God, This morning we thank you for getting us through a week that some didn’t think they had the strength to survive. Lord, for the ones who almost quit, for the ones who cried in silence,and for the ones who kept going even when their heart felt heavy. I want to say “thank you” for carrying them when they felt like they couldn’t take another step.

Lord, some woke up today tired, worn out, and unsure how they even made it to Friday but they did. Not because we’re strong all the time, but because you never left their side.

For those reading this who thought this week would break them, remind them that they’re still here for a reason. Remind them that every battle they survived built strength they didn’t know they had. Remind them that making it through the week is a victory.

Give rest to the exhausted, give peace to the overwhelmed, give hope to the discouraged, and give strength to anyone who still has one more fight left in them today.

Thank You, God, for getting us through what we thought we never would and thank you for the mercy of a new day. In Jesus name, Amen
