Other than the homes in Hyde Park's historic district, there will not be many older houses left in South Tampa. Many from the 1920s are being torn down.
Tampa Preservation, Inc. bestowed this award on us in 2014. We installed new copper sheet metal on the dome of the clock tower & fabricated decorative copper appliqués. We also replaced damaged stucco and made necessary masonry repairs to Tampa Bay's Old City Hall Historic Clock Tower

This cute 1910 house is listed as being in good condition on Property Appraiser, but it is being marketed as a tear-down. Maybe someone here will be interested in saving it?
