This week is National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, and we’re proud to recognize the unseen heroes behind the scenes—our telecommunicators.

They are the calm, steady voice on the other end of the line when someone is experiencing an emergency. They are the first first responders—providing critical support, gathering lifesaving information, and guiding callers through some of their worst moments.

Here in Oldham County, we are fortunate to have some of the very best. These dedicated professionals sacrifice nights, weekends, and holidays to help protect and serve our community.

If you see these amazing ladies out and about this week, take a moment to thank them and show your appreciation. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them! 💛
