Annie found her path in the trades, and events like the Oregon Tradeswomen Fair help make that possible for more women.
This year’s Oregon Tradeswomen Fair brought together women from across the state to explore careers in the trades, build connections, and learn about new opportunities.
From hands-on experiences to conversations with women already working in the industry, it was incredible to see so much energy, curiosity, and support in one space.
Events like this are just one part of the bigger picture. Workforce development programs continue to help create pathways into long-term careers in the trades through training, mentorship, and support.
