🚧 WATER MAIN BREAK & TRAFFIC NOTICE🚧

City residents are advised that, due to a water main break in the Rose Garden/Fleming Park area, traffic impacts are expected on Diamond Street tomorrow, September 4th beginning at approximately 8:00 AM and continuing throughout the day, until the issue is remediated:

🚗 Eastbound traffic on Diamond Street will be slowed.

⚠️ A lane shift will be implemented and directed by City crews.

⛔️ At this time, City crews are unaware of any disruptions to water service or water pressure. This will be further evaluated as crews assess the area and work to address the water main break.

We will provide updates as additional information becomes available.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank everyone for their continued patience, cooperation, and understanding while this work is completed.

Residents are advised that the Titusville High School Cross Country Invitational will be held this Saturday September 5th.

⚠The Ed Myer complex will be unavailable Saturday morning until approximately 1:00 PM.

❎Parking along Bank & Allen Streets will be blocked off and very limited during the event.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as we support our local students! 🚀

⚠📢UPDATE-THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED-CITY SERVICES IS ACTIVELY WORKING ON POSTING ALL PENDING PAYMENTS TO THE ACCOUNTS⚠📢

CITY SERVICE BILL PAYMENT NOTICE – ACH PAYMENTS
The City of Titusville is notifying residents who currently pay their City Service Bill by ACH (Automatic Clearing House) that, due to updates currently being made by Farmers National Bank, there is a significant delay in ACH payments posting to City accounts.
At this time, there is no estimated timeframe for when the issue will be corrected. City Hall is working diligently with Farmers National Bank to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

⚠️ If you currently have a pending ACH payment, please be advised that the payment may not appear in your upcoming September billing statement, even though the payment has been initiated. The initiated payments will post once the issue is resolved.

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT OPTIONS
While this issue is being resolved, we ask that residents temporarily use one of the following alternative payment methods:

As we are preparing for another exciting Oil Fest Weekend, we would like to make residents and visitors aware of the following temporary road closures. Please plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and follow all posted detours and directions from law enforcement PennDOT and event personnel.

📅 Beginning Friday, August 7
Road Closures: 8:00 AM
• Washington Street (between Main St. & Spring St.)
*Vendor traffic allowed during set up 8am-3pm ONLY*

⚠️Road Closures: 12:00 PM
• Central Avenue (between Martin St. & Perry St.)
• Exchange Alley
• Spring Street (between Franklin St. & Perry St.)
• Diamond Street (between Franklin St. & Martin St.)
