Need help with your summer electric bills?

The Summer Crisis Program may be able to provide assistance with electric costs for eligible Ohio households. The program runs July 1–September 30 and is available to households at or below 175% of the federal income guidelines that meet certain eligibility requirements.

You may qualify if:
⚡ A household member is 60 or older
⚡ A household member has a medically necessary condition
⚡ You have received a disconnection notice, your service has been shut off, or you are working to establish new electric service

Assistance is available for customers of investor-owned utilities, municipal utilities, and rural electric cooperatives.
