While it's quite common to have a full holds shelf here at Kenmore, the combination of weather and holiday closings this past week means our holds shelf is overflowing! So if you've been waiting on that book, cd, or video to come in there is a good chance it's here now! Check your online account or give us a call at 716-873-2842 to see if your hold came in. No longer need your item? Give us a call and let us know so we can send it to the next person or back to its home location and make some room on our shelves! Thanks!
