Decorate Tonawanda winners were introduced at Monday night's Town Board meeting. The winners who were there were presented with a certificate from Councilwoman/Deputy Town Supervisor Gina Santa Maria.

‘Tis the Season of Giving - Annual Arida Christmas Tree Giveaway DEC. 24th
KENMORE, NY – The Arida family is donating free Christmas trees for those who may not have gotten one yet or cannot afford to get one this year in memory of David Arida and Mike Kollmar. This tradition was started 42 years ago by former Erie County Legislator Charles Swanick, David, and Mike. The Arida family continues to honor their legacy of giving.
Christmas Trees will not be available to pick-up until December 24, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the -Ton Elmwood Commons located at 3200 Elmwood Avenue.
The giveaway is on a first come, first serve basis.

As it prepares to launch its ambulance service in early 2025, the Town of Tonawanda is seeking qualified applicants. Candidates must hold a New York State Emergency Medical Technician certification or Advanced Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic certification.
